This has to be a most favorite delicious and amazing recipe. Always have craved for paneer parathas for breakfast or dinners. Love how mild the flavour of panner goes into the paratha and makes it soo soothing to the palate. Check out this recipe for making.
– Paneer – 250 gm
– Onions – 1 medium size (chopped)
– Green chillies – 1 nos (chopped)
– Ginger paste – 1 tsp
– Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
– Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 tsp
– Ajwain – 1 tsp
– Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Crumble the paneer and add it in the mixing bowl,add onion, green chillies, ginger paste, fresh coriander, kasuri methi, coriander powder, chilli powder, Ajwain and salt, mix & combine well, keep aside for later use.
– Wheat flour – 1 cups
– Oil -1 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Water as required
– Paneer filling as required
– Ghee as required
1) Mix the salt and oil with wheat flour and add water as required to knead a soft dough. Apply oil on the dough to prevent it from drying. Cover it with a damp cloth and rest the dough for 15 minutes.
2) Knead once again after giving rest and divide into small equal dough balls, coat with dry flour and roll it into
thick chapati .
3) Fill a spoonful of paneer mixture or more as you require and spread on the paratha surface.
4) Place another chapati over it of the same size and thickness and seal the ends by pressing it with your fingers.
5) Set a tawa on medium heat and grease the pan with ghee, cook the paratha on both sides until brown spots appear. Apply some more ghee, flip and cook again on both the sides.
6) Your paneer paratha is ready to be served .
