INGREDIENTS
– Maida (all purpose flour) – 2 cups -Chopped onion – 1 large size
– Chopped green chilli – 3 nos
– Chopped tomato – 1 small size
– Chopped capsicum – 2 tbsp
– Chopped coriander – 2 tbsp
– Salt- As per taste
– Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
– Oil for fry
METHODS
1) In a mixing bowl add 2 cups maida, chopped onion, green chillies , tomato, capsicum, coriander, chaat masala & salt to taste. Mix it well.
2) Now add water slowly to make a batter .
3) Consistency is not too thick not too runny. Rest for 10 mins .
4) Heat a non stick tawa and brush oil on it.
5) Add 2 spoon full of batter. Fry it on medium flame for 1-2 mins. After 1-2 mins flip it carefully .
6) Then fry for another 1-2 mins on medium flame till both the side are cooked properly .
Your liquid dough paratha is ready to serve.
