INDIAN STYLE VEG TACOS

Tacos are very famous for it easy making process and delicious taste. Check out this Indian style taco recipe for your snack or dinner enjoy it with family. Super crispy from outside and very chewy inside with burst of Indian flavors and sauce. ENJOY !!!

INGREDIENTS
FOR DOUGH
– 1 Cup – Maida
– 1 Cup – Wheat Flour
– Salt to taste
– 1/4 tsp – Chilli Flakes
– 1/4 tsp – Oregano
– 2 tsp – Oil
– Pinch – Baking Powder
– 1/2 Cup – Water
FOR FILLING
– 1 tsp – Butter
– 1 tsp – Oil
– 2 Onion – Chopped
– 1 tbsp – Garlic chopped
– 1 tbsp – Green chilli chopped
– 1 Cup – Bell Peppers (Red, Green, Yellow)
– 1/2 Cup – Corn boiled
– 100 gm Paneer – Cut into small pieces
– 2 Potato boiled & mashed
– 2 tsp – Chilli Flakes
– 1 tsp – Mix Herbs
– Salt to taste
– 1/4 Cup – Coriander leaves chopped
FOR SAUCE
-1/4 Cup – Tomato Ketchup
– 2 tbsp – Red Chilli Sauce
PREPARATION FOR DOUGH
1) Firstly in a large bowl take all the ingredients listed for dough and mix well.
2) Now add water as required knead the soft dough.
3) Grease 1 tsp oil cover and rest for 15 mins.
PREPARATION FOR FILLING
1) In a pan heat 1 tsp butter & 1 tsp oil.
2) Add chopped garlic, green chilli & onion saute until it light golden.
3) Now add 1 cup capsicum, boiled corn and salt to taste.
4) Saute for a minute making sure the vegetables are crunchy.
5) Now add paneer and mashed potato mix well & saute for a minute. Add chilli flakes and mix herbs cook for another 2-3 mins.
6) Finally add chopped coriander leaves and turn off the flame.
7) Take a small bowl add 1/4 cup tomato Ketchup and 2 tbsp red chilli sauce mix well and keep aside .
PREPARED TACOS
1) Take a small ball and roll using a rolling pin make a small tortilla.
2) Take tawa and cook both the side little and keep it cloth.
3) Then take tortilla and spread 1 tsp sauce.
2) Now on one side place grated cheese top with 2 tbsp prepared filling and again grated cheese .
3) Fold half and is ready to toast on the pan.
4) Brush with oil and toast on low to medium flame until the tacos turn crispy. Tacos 🌮 are ready to serve.
